Grapes for our 2000 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon were harvested from our two premier vineyards, 78% Chalk Hill grown Cabernet Sauvignon and 22% Sonoma grown Cabernet Franc. Aged for 21 months in French Oak, Finesse and elegance are the two best words to describe this divine wine.
Frescolina New Vintage!!! Frescolina is one of our sweeter wines, it is delightfully refreshing since both the acidity and residual sugar are beautifully balanced. Frescolina is a blend of Tocai Friulano (97%) with just a pinch of Muscat Canelli (3%).
